Sun and sea

The region of Ogliastra, located along the eastern side of Sardinia, is nestled between the sea and the mountains and offers an infinite amount of unique scenery. The coasts of Ogliastra are splendid oases set between sea and rock, forming one of the most enchanting marine environments in the Mediterranean. Starting in the north, you will find the famous Cala Luna, Cala Sisine, Cala Biriala, Cala Mariolu and Cala Goloritzé, coves that can only be reached on foot via hiking trails or from the sea on board fantastic motoryachts, in maximum comfort; or by hiring an inflatable boat, to enjoy our crystal-clear sea in complete freedom. In addition, for a perfect combination of fishing and relaxation there is the possibility of Pescaturismo (fishing tourism), to experience a day of fishing and enjoy the beautiful coastline of the gulf.
Further south we find the Lido di Orrì, the Baia di Cea, the Marina di Barisardo and Cardedu and the Golfo di Sarrala: wide sandy beaches, framed by the crystal-clear sea, with both unrestricted areas and equipped areas offering beach umbrella, sunbed and pedalo hire. Among these beaches, the Lido di Orrì and the Baia di Cea have been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag for several years now.
However, Ogliastra is not only coastline, but also spectacular seabed. For experts or beginners, group or individual diving, the choice of diving spots is wide.
